There are a number of ways to view Korito Garden throughout the year as follows:
- The garden is open to visitors during the Taranaki Garden Festival which is a 10 day event from late October through the first week in November. The entrance fee is $5 per person and there is a tour and permaculture talk daily at 11.00am – www.gardenfestnz.co.nz
- The garden is free to wander if you book in to the air B n B – www.airbnb.co.nz/rooms/18832667
- You can book in for a one-day or weekend course and get to see the garden during this time.
- The garden has open days twice a year (advertised on the home page) where the entrance fee is $10 per person and includes a 2 hour walk and talk around the garden as below.
- You can book a private tour to the garden for your group/family. Cost is $150 per group (maximum 40). The garden tour is 2 hours of walking through the garden, learning about the different systems of growing food, planting, improving soil, guild planting, permaculture zones and fruit tree systems. We finish off with a wander through the 350 year old bush block at the bottom of the property.
